Scope By Night

Public Observing Nights:

In association with the ANU & CAS, Scope Mount Stromlo is excited to host the Research School of Astronomy and Astrophysics Public Observing evenings.
These events run each month between April and October.

On these nights, telescopes are set up outside the café and you can come up between 7pm and 9pm to mingle with Canberra Astronomical Society Members and partake in viewing the stars.  The ANU also provides lectures and you can enjoy the café and gallery space. Bookings advised for these events!

Please wear warm clothing – it gets pretty cold up here at night!
This is a free event – co-ordinated and organised by ANU and Canberra Astronomical Society.
